Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

We liked the 'call anytime' feature. The technician, Russ, was here at the time promised. He was very professional and didn't try to sell us anything that was not required. After fixing the spring, he put in new rollers and then gave us helpful hints to the maintenance of the door. We were impressed with professionalism. You're website is what sold me on Precision. The video put it over the top. Lou was GREAT! He explained the other issues my Garage Door had and was very helpful on how to keep it working well. It was more then I thought I would have to pay, but the work was done well. When Lou needed another part that he didn't have. Another team came right out that had the part and helped him with in the hour of his call to them. Another thing I like is getting the call from Lou to let me know when he would be there. That meant I could go out and get things done that I needed to do.

Jeff called at 11:00 a.m. and within 30 minutes he was on the job. After looking at the door he went to work making repairs and was done in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the immediate response...I called at roughly 8:00 a.m. and had my door back in service by 12:00 noon. Price was very reasonable as well! I would highly recommend Precision for any door repairs.
