The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

We looked in the Yellow Pages and saw that Precision offered same-day service. I called at 9 a.m. and Jeff was here about noon. He explained my options and I chose to have the rollers replaced along with the springs. The work was completed very quickly. The door runs much smoother and quieter now. Chose Precision from yellow pages. They exceeded our expectations on repair/replacement and fine tuning what a previous contractor overlooked/neglected. The service performed was removing old systems ~ old opener/replacing springs. Was shocked how thorough tech was for a 45 minute service call! Came in, did the job on the spot, and all we were left with was...the rest of the day! Service was worth more than the money paid! Thank you Precision!!!
