The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

You're website is what sold me on Precision. The video put it over the top. Lou was GREAT! He explained the other issues my Garage Door had and was very helpful on how to keep it working well. It was more then I thought I would have to pay, but the work was done well. When Lou needed another part that he didn't have. Another team came right out that had the part and helped him with in the hour of his call to them. Another thing I like is getting the call from Lou to let me know when he would be there. That meant I could go out and get things done that I needed to do.

Our technician came out promptly and identified the problem immediately. I had to go pick up my children from school and imagined it would take a couple of hours to fix my garage hardware. To my surprise, it was more like 45 minutes. He even took extra time to oil the garage door hinges to make it seamlessly quieter! All those years with a loud garage door. My husband was absolutely satisfied with the final result. Thank You.
