This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

I didn't click all five stars because we all need room for improvement and nobody is perfect. But this is as close as one can get. Excellent service, attitude and work ethic. I can't complain about price because I have nothing to compare it to and it would be unfair to criticize that when I have nothing to compare it to. My garage door is now up to speed with new springs, cables, rollers and pulleys. Thanks a bunch. You were there practically at the last moment. Lou Melecci certainly killed us with kindness and we have his card in case of future work or projects.

Lou was prompt,friendly, and efficient. Explained everything clearly. Ended up replacing the motor and refurbishing the whole door assembly and springs. Installation took less than two hours and now everything runs beautifully--quiet and solid.

James came to our house on Saturday,August 20,2011 to assess problem with the garage door.Based on his assessment he stated that I need new door system as well as the door opener.He provided an estimate of total cost to complete the job.Garage door installation is scheduled for Tuesday,August 23,2011.A 30% deposit has been paid to start the job on Tuesday.I am giving you 3 stars to start with but will provide additional rating based on completion of job.

Russ was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Fixed our problems straight away. Only non-positive comment I have is that you are VERY EXPENSIVE. I hope I get full value for the money it cost me. There were no surprises on cost. Russ explained everything in advance, but all the same, very expensive in my mind.
Other than that, a completely positive experience.
