This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

A very happy surprise! When my garage door wouldn't open on this holiday weekend, I suspected the worst; however, your ad in the Ann Arbor phone book gave me hope. After talking with Paula, I was relieved. Within two hours, Russ had installed two springs on the door, and I was back in business. Ironically, my neighbor saw your truck on my driveway, and he hired Russ immediately!

We were very happy to get our broken torsion springs fixed on the same day we called. Jeff Urban was very knowledgeable and professional. He sold us a door overhaul which included higher quality longer life torsion springs. It also included new rollers that make the door much quieter. Jeff shared maintenance tips to help us keep our door working smoothly and quietly in the future. What impressed me was not that he inspected the wear on our old garage door opener, but that he could predict how a future failure is likely to occur when it does out. He then went above & beyond to install a handle on the door so we will be able to open it when the old opener finally does give out. Precision Garage Door is smart to have employees with such good knowledge, experience, and integrity. Thank-you Jeff. (John in Saline, MI)
