Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site. This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.
It was difficult to find a company that answered the phone when we had a major problem on a Saturday. One company wanted to charge $350 just to come out. Precision door came out on the next day, Sunday, for $75. When the door couldn't be repaired, they were able to install a new one just two days later. Paul arrived when scheduled and called to say he was on the way. He did a great job installing the doors and cleaned up after himself. He returned promptly when I requested some minor adjustments. He was professional, friendly, and an expert at his job. He was conscientious enough to leave us a note thanking us for a tip. This has never before happened to us. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.
