This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.


At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.

We liked the 'call anytime' feature. The technician, Russ, was here at the time promised. He was very professional and didn't try to sell us anything that was not required. After fixing the spring, he put in new rollers and then gave us helpful hints to the maintenance of the door. We were impressed with professionalism. We will definitely recommend the company to anyone with a garage door problem. Thank you.

Our technician (Stefan) was excellent and checked everything. He let us know the condition of the exisiting set-up (garage door) and what areas needed correction.

He gave his best recommendation and let us make the decision we felt was approrpiate for our budget.

After the repairs were completed, the doors worked perfectly.

Just as a note, Stefan was professional, well trained and demonstrated respect for his customer. This is what has been lost by many of the businesses of today.

The service was excellent and Lou did a great job calling ahead of time and letting me know when he would be there. Also he was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything that needed to be done. He worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. The only issue I would have is the price seemed very high in comparison with other company's out there. It was $510.00 for replacing the garage door springs and installing nylon rollers to replace the old construction grade ones. The door now works like a charm and is very quiet. Seems like other company's are priced between $200-$300 once I did the calling around (after the fact). I probably should have called around before hand to get price comparisons. That is a lot of money.

I could not have been happier with the service from Precision. From my initial phone call it took just over an hour for Brian to arrive. My door was not closing and Brian analyzed the situation, made the proper repairs and my door has never worked as well. He changed the springs which were not the right size, and corrected all the other problems I had and for the first time since having my door installed I can open it and close it by hand if need be without breaking my back. I am very satisfied.

Steve was outstanding. The only reason it was not a five was that there was a mix-up with the scheduling. I was told that someone would be out between 9:00 am and 1 pm. Concerned because I hadn't heard from anyone, I called at 12:50 pm. They told me that whoever scheduled me, saved me in the computer as 11:00 - 3:00. This made for a very long wait. Other than that, service was good.
