Called sunday after the misshap and talked to Erin. Did not expect to talk to anyone, who works sunday? She had me set up with a service guy for Monday afternoon. Bill came and did a great job, we decided it needed to be replaced, not repaired. Tim was here Tues morning with new door and hardware. Did a terrific job. New door fits better than the old door ever did. Before he left he cleaned up so there was nothing left for us to do but admire the new door. I called my insurance co. and told them that we would recommend your company because of the quick service, courteous employees, and the GREAT job you did for us. Thanks so much to your whole gang.
