The tech Stefan was excellent. The service I received from the tech was also excellent.
My window was from 9 to 11 and I the service tech did not show up till 1pm so this was a bit inconvenient. They had to switch service techs since the original had a death in the family that same morning. This is an understandable excuse. My only complaint was that I was not notified until I called the company at 11:30 am to find out where the tech was.
