Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.

I had read your reviews on line, & most were positive. I needed repair on a weekend, and you offer 24/7 service with no weekend premium. Your technician called to arrange my appointment earlier than previously scheduled (a plus) and called when he was on his way. He was knowledgeable and professional, and completed the job quickly. He gave me recommendations for additional work to be done (updating the springs), but applied no pressure to have the work done now. I will certainly call you again when I decide to update the springs.

I thought Stephan did a great job repairing my garage door. Very friendly and professional. I called on a Sunday morning and the appointment was for 11am-3pm and Stephan arrived at about 11:30am. The level of service and punctuality was excellent.
However,I did feel that the cost to replace 2 torsional springs @ $391.00 was a bit excessive. I was able to use two coupons to drop it down to $366, but still had an uneasy feeling like I was overcharged...I was in a pinch and had to get it done.
I did read other reviews before typing this one and see a common concern with pricing. I understand that springs are powder coated to provide longevity and are considered high cycle springs, but I wish I could see a price and have an itemization of charges/parts on the bill. I like to know exactly what makes the price that high. I would love to give a 5, but the pricing made me dock you one star.....Hope this helps!

My appointment with Jim to discuss new door options was spot on. Jim was knowledgeable and presented himself in a professional manner describing what Precision could do for our 20 year old garage door that had begun to falter. Winter was coming and we needed a solution and Precision has a designed a door that matches our house color and will replace our old door with an engineered insulated door that will keep me and my wofe happy for many years to come. We look forward to having it installed very soon.

Your service was fast and complete. I called in the morning and the service truck was at my door in about 2 hours. Your tech was top notch!! The door was a wreak! Your tech Lou explained what had to be done and fixed the door so it could be used. There was absolutely no pressure to replace the door but I opted to replace the door anyway. He was very helpful in guiding us to a suitable replacement. I WILL recommend your company to anyone who needs service or a replacement door.
